Holistic Health
Enriching our lives starts by honing in on different areas of our holistic
health. Holistic health is interconnected. Spiritual, Emotional, Intellectual,
Physical, Relational, Occupational, Environmental, and Financial Health. Each
sphere of health requires a variety of different practices, strategies, and exercises that
increase our level of health.
