Be More
Be Better
Be Stronger
This applies to any area of health and wellness. What do you want in life? What area needs work? How can you be better within your relationships, better with your finances, better with how you manage time, better with health, mental health and nutrition etc?
Be Stronger
If you look at sports teams, before a big game of basketball, what do they do? They practice. They practice a lot. They review tapes of previous games. They analyze the competition. They strengthen their bodies and increase their speed. They hone their skill and listen to the coach. They put in both the time and hard work. When game day arrives. They're ready to lay it all down to perform at their best. The team that wants victory more, will train harder, longer and smarter.

It comes down to the consistency of making better choices. It's about self-control and self-discipline. It's about perspective and having the right mindset to stop making excuses and be all that you can be. I know it's good to have grace for yourself, but at the same time, perhaps it helps to be a bit critical and hard on yourself. Because that's what's gonna drive you to attain your goals. No one got successful by being a lazy butt. Do absolutely whatever it takes to be your best-self. Control your thoughts + emotions. Do things with high quality. Treat others better. Grow in empathy. Whether you eat or drink, do it for the glory of God.
My goal is to become more. To be more loving. To be more compassionate. To be more patient and kind. To grow in self-control. To be honest and true to myself. To challenge myself and go beyond any limitations. To maximize my full potential.
Work Smarter and Work Harder
Work Smarter and Work Harder
Whatever you do, strive to be the best at it.
Ask yourself the hard questions. "How can I become better?" And there is always room for improvement. Always. You can be more generous, more giving, more understanding and more caring. Small gestures can go a long way. Shortcuts in life don't get you ahead. It's about becoming committed to your daily goals, the daily grind and the consistency to doing well.

I want to become a better communicator. I want to become a better friend, son, co-worker, neighbor and representative of Jesus. We are ambassadors for Christ. Do we role-model and show the world the Light of Christ? Do our actions, time, money, behavior and words glorify Him? Usually, we prefer to do what's easy and comfortable, rather than doing what's good and right.
What would our lives look like if desiring God, worshipping Him and being satisfied in Him became our main focus? What is it truly like to live for God, to honor him with my time, heart/ thoguths, and to be as Christ-like as possible? What if all my decisions and choices were aimed at being more obedient to his Word, Will and Way? What if I started and ended my day in awe of God, trying my very best to give Him glory in all aspects of my life and made every opportunity? Even for just one day.
You might think... well that'd require time, energy and some sort of sacrifice wouldn't it? The answer is no. We can't outgive God. God gives us so much more than we deserve. We think in terms of what I give, and what I gain, but that's not what a relationship is about. I think real love is unity. It's a closeness, an intimacy, and a joy to spend quality time with our God. It's not what do I get out of it. It's just sheer gratitude that we have such a great God we can run to at any minute, anywhere at any moment.. including right meow!

Regardless of what you're working on or busy with, how can we use our current experiences and time to invite God into the process and to live according to His will and purposes? In what manner can we include God in all aspects of our life? What does going the extra mile look like? Do whatever it takes to glorify God first and foremost.
Do whatever it takes to Do Better and Be Better.
Do whatever it takes to Do Better and Be Better.
